This is Dawn from Fashion Cares PDX. It is with a heavy heart that the decision has been made have to cancel this year’s show for OutSide In. Unfortunately, due to low ticket sales, lack of sponsorships, and rising costs, we are afraid that the show is no longer financially possible. But since it is the holiday season, please go out and support your local LGBTQ charities now more than ever. Please donate to Outside In, Esther’s Pantry, Basic Rights Oregon, Bradley Angle House, Unite Oregon, Equitable Giving Circle, The Black Resiliance Fund, and Cascade AIDS Project. These organizations have done a lot of good in the community and need your help now more than ever. So even though Fashion Cares is canceled, we hope you can support these causes during the holiday season.
Fashion Cares PDX would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all of our supporters.

We also want to thank our models and everyone else who believed in our dream of an all inclusive runway show. So even though we could not celebrate on December 7th, it is our sincere hope that our community continues to love and support each other this holiday season, and beyond.
And when you are out and about with your loved ones this holiday season, please be sure to support your local LGBTQ, Indigenous, disabled, homeless, and BIPOC charities that will help our marginalized communities here in Portland.
And thank you once again, from the bottom of our hearts for believing in our dream.
With love and gratitude,
Fashion Cares PDX
